Corporate coaching is specifically aimed at the business world and its objectives. It is also beneficial and has been successfully applied in the worlds of sport, the cultural sector and the voluntary sector.

Corporate coaching reconciles the individual journey with the company's overall objective and generally consists of one-to-one coaching (professional coaching), group coaching and team coaching.

Some examples of corporate coaching:

  • Improving communication and cohesion between teams and between individuals,
  • Prevention of burnout, stress management,
  • Managing wellbeing and performance at work,
  • Change management (acquisition, merger, restructuring, ...),
  • Overcoming difficult situations,
  • Adaptation to new technologies,
  • Practical support for the implementation of a project (market, product, etc.)
  • ....

A corporate coaching process always begins with an interview or a one-to-one coaching session with the person responsible for the support process within the company: owner, manager, director, line manager, human resources department ...

During this interview, the terms of the coaching process are defined:

  • What objectives does the company want to achieve?
  • Which indicators will be used to assess:
    • the progress of the process?
    • the quality of the process?
  • Which people or teams will be coached?
  • What type of coaching will these beneficiaries receive?
one-to-one coaching, group coaching or team coaching.
  • ...

All these specific terms, the confidentiality clauses, the coach's code of ethics and the practical arrangements (location, duration, frequency, price ...) thus define the business relationship between “Un Autre Moi” and the company in the form of a coaching contract.

In short, corporate coaching uses both one-to-one coaching and collective coaching, whether team or group.

Team coaching and group coaching are both aimed at a set of individuals but have different objectives.

Team coaching is preferred when collective performance is sought

Group coaching is preferred when individual performance is sought
