Group coaching
Group coaching is aimed at a group of individuals who share a common individual goal.
It uses the same techniques as one-to-one coaching.
The aim of this group support is:
- to find collective solutions
- to enable each individual to put together their own action plan.
Group coaching thus draws on the energy and strength of the group so that each individual makes progress and reaches their goal.
Group coaching is very often used and gives excellent results, for example (and not exhaustively) for issues relating to:
- relationship difficulties (couple, family, ...)
- mental preparation (individual sporting competition, exam, ... )
- addictions (alcohol, drugs, ...)
- emotional exhaustion (family and/or work-related)
- ...
Please note: if the coaching process has the aim of achieving a collective goal rather than a common individual goal, team coaching is preferred, generally used in corporate coaching.
